Julian S. Newman is an author, founder, and CEO of Culture Creative and The FutureCast Foundation. He is an inaugural Anthem Award-winning Diversity & Inclusion Leader of the Year, along with Trevor Noah. His thought leadership has been featured in a range of media outlets including Forbes Magazine, Fox News, NPR and PBS affiliates. He recently published his new book "Beautiful Together: How to Become a Better Leader & Bridge Builder".

Julian advises professional athletes, provides executive coaching, and training workshops for such entities as advertising agency Leo Burnett, Meijer, Michigan State, and UN Women. He is a charismatic speaker with more than 20 years experience in leadership development.  Mr. Newman is the visionary behind a proprietary leadership development program called The Akoni System. His dynamic talks have reached more than 100,000 people worldwide and inspired groups at Google and The Female Quotient's (TFQ) Equality Lounge during Advertising Week in New York.

Julian is a proud #GirlDad of four lovely daughters and advocate for women’s empowerment. He has also served as an elementary school reading mentor for ‘Be The Dream Initiative’, spoken on behalf of the National Diversity Council, and serves as an advisor to Disruptive Technologists Think Tank. He is an altMBA and film school graduate with various creative credits as an actor, writer, director, and producer in film and theater.
